My Apa aka Papa

I look just like him so he can't deny me even if he tried. lol! This man is amazing! He's been through so much in his life yet he lives everyday like it's his last one. He makes me mad when he doesn't follow doctor's orders like driving with one eye patch because he just had surgery but like he explained after I got mad at him for it, "yo no me puedo quedar sin hacer nada, si me siento, alli me muero sentado". Well, he does have a point and I guess that's what keeps him young. There's some things I cannot change. I thank him for always understanding the things that I go through. He has given me some of the best advice ever. I love you my papa!

I had to fight with nature for him. We spent 3 long years trying to conceive him and finally, one day, I found out I was pregnant. I am so happy and proud to have him in my life. He is pure in spirit and so kind and thoughtful. He always hugs me without me asking him. Siempre busca a su mama. He is also hilarious with his comments and actions. He likes to dance with me too. My special boy... can you stop growing?

I have to thank the one man who was once my husband. Even if we parted ways, you always manage to show us/me your love. A long time ago, you came into my life just when I thought there was no one out there for me. You rescued me and loved me through the times that I was still finding myself ( I think I found myself, guess I was here all this time). We have 3 wonderful kids together and no matter what, together we have survived some very difficult moments. I wish only the best for you in your life. I hope you find happiness. My nephew who is more like my little brother. I used to carry him when he was a baby. Once, I even fell as I was carrying him but made sure I didn't drop him (or did I?). That would be the start of my many knee scars. He is an amazing nephew, uncle, cousin, brother, son, husband and father. He gave me, not one, not two, but three of his children to baptize! thanks! As much as he jokes around all the time, he has a deep side. I have been amazed at some of the things he has said. My mom was right when she dedicated "Pequeno nino" to you.

Mi cunado favorito! He's the coolest cat (dog) there is. Joe is a layed back kinda guy. He loves his grandkids and it's very obvious. Back in the day, he used to take me cruising with him in his little red convertible Luv truck. Maybe he would invite me so that my big cha-cha hair could catch all the bugs? Whatever the reason, he was always fun. To know you is to love you. There is no choice.
