Today was a good day....

Just waking up in the morning, got to thank God!

As for Ice Cube's song, this is the only sentence that I have in common with! lol! It's an old song, I know :)

Slept in til about 10:30 at which time my youngest, Paula snuck into my room to cuddle with me. Yep, this was nice because she never does this. Oh but before she came in, I had tiger all up in my bed purring near and around me. Gotta love this little brown nose-ing cat.

Later and as I was getting ready to shower, I got a call from my dad. His ear was hurting and wanted to know if I could take him to urgent care. Knowing him, I know that he wouldn't be calling unless the pain was severe. I agreed (0f course) and told him I would pick him up in 1 hour. About 1 hour later (I surprised myself) I drove to his house. Every time I take him to the Dr. his wife has to tag along. I have to admit, it does bother me but I work through it (I have no choice). The appt. went rather quickly but the wait to get his prescriptions, phew!! took forever!! One hour and a half to be exact!!! My ass was hurting, the old people were getting on my nerves and I knew the reason why people were taking medications. Talk about HIPPA violations!! Yeah, no privacy at all!! They had 1 pharmacist, 1 cashier and 1 tech. I say 3 too slow! As I sat there angry about wasting my time, many things went through my mind.

One- I wonder if I could be part of their payroll since i've almost spent as much time there as the employees?

Tw0- If Ana is sleepy and falling asleep on the chair, why didn't she just stay home?

Three- Dad, stop trying to give me the "dating personals". I am happy to be alone! By the way, the paper you just handed me has geriatric adults looking for dating. Yeah, I will stick to my usual methods of meeting guys

Four- I'm getting kinda sleepy looking at Ana, oh but my toes are soooo cute!!

Five- Today I didn't even have to use my A-K
